You agree that you are the age of 18 or

Commissions
You agree to receive any earned commissions through a payment method determined by the admin.
Commissions are paid only to members who directly refer other members
who might purchase an upgrade to receive additional advertising
packages. We have a 1 tier affiliate program and there is no 2nd tier
affiliate program or MLM structure involved with our site at all.
You are not required to upgrade in order to receive commissions.

You agree to only create 1 account.
EMAILS
By joining Best Converting Site YOU
AGREE TO RECEIVE EMAILS FROM admin@bestconvertingsite.com or no-reply@bestconvertingsite.com. Please
add these email addresses to your address book and mark all emails from Best Converting Site as NOT SPAM. This is to ensure all members get verification emails as well as website updates, commissions info etc. Again,
these emails may be for updates, account issues, Best Converting Site promotions
or anything that Best Converting Site needs to relay to all members.
No Autoresponders or Bounced Emails
are allowed
If your
email address bounces or sends back Best Converting Site a message with an autoresponder,
you risk having your account deleted. All referrals and COMMISSIONS will be
lost if your account is deleted.
Liability
Best Converting Site is an
information marketing tool used
to help it's members on the Internet. Best Converting Site does not make any promises written or implied as to the
amount of money that can be earned from Best Converting Site. It is your responsibility to make sure your
payment email address is correct. Commission payments made to the
wrong account because of an incorrectly entered id is your
responsibility.
Policies
All policies, rules and regulations are the final decision
of Best Converting Site. We reserve the right to modify, add or change any
policies as we deem necessary at any time. All members agree that they will not
hold Best Converting Site liable for any items or policies within this program.
Refunds
Please know in advance that there are (NO) refunds on
any Best Converting Site offers sold. The reasoning is simple.
A: Best Converting Site is sold primarily through a referral network
of partners who collect 100% of the purchases and all other
sales are collected by the admin of Best Converting Site.
B: Best Converting Site offers digital services such as banner ads
and text ads that are immediately activated upon
account access and even though it is 'digital' in form,
there are delivery and fulfillment costs incurred.
For these specific reasons, there are (NO) refunds available.
This also protects you should you decide to promote Best Converting Site as it protects you from freebie seekers wanting something for nothing.
If you can not agree to this refund policy, then please do
(NOT) place an order with us.
SPAM
Best Converting Site has a
zero tolerance for spam.
Anyone caught spamming will be deleted from the program and is subject to civil
and criminal prosecution including fines. If you are to include
Best Converting Site's name or URL in any email promotion, please only email to
your own "double-optin" subscribers or on safelists, traffic exchanges, ad
exchanges, list builders, classified ads, ppc marketing and other
legitimate forms of advertising.
However, the following are grounds for termination of
your account:
To send unsolicited emails to anyone that is
not on your own personal double-optin list. If this does not make sense to you, then do not include
promotions for Best Converting Site in emails.
To
falsify user information provided to Best Converting Site or to other users of
the service in connection with Best Converting Site, or any of it's
other sites.
To use the Best Converting Site name and URL via bought commercial
bulk email lists is prohibited.
Do NOT to promote your affiliate page using blasters or
to purchased leads - Or on any program promising to blast your ad to millions of
users.
Best Converting Site considers the above practices to constitute abuse of our
service and of the recipients of such unsolicited mailings and/or postings who
often bear the expense. Therefore, these practices are prohibited by Best Converting Siteterms and conditions of service. Engaging in one or more of
these practices will result in termination of the offender's account.
Nothing contained in this policy shall be
construed to limit Best Converting Site actions or remedies in any way with
respect to any of the foregoing activities.
Best Converting Site reserves the right to take any and all additional actions
it may deem appropriate with respect to such activities, including without
limitation taking action to recover the costs and expenses of identifying
offenders and removing them from the program.
In addition, Best Converting Site reserves at all times
all rights and remedies available to it with respect to such activities at law
or in equity.
We use IP
tracking devices. Any user that is found to blatantly violate this agreement
will be banned from the program indefinitely and may be subject to civil and
criminal prosecution.
We
reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. We may also make changes to these
rules, regulations, and policies at any time.
By becoming a member of Best Converting Site, you agree to all of the above
terms and conditions.
